News and EventsKTM 350SX-F "WOW!" ReportI just wanted to report on my day at the track with the new 2011 KTM 350SX-F. Let me start by saying, WOW! If you have ever been on the fence about buying a new KTM 4-Stroke, it's time to jump off the fence and onto a new KTM. This bike is the best of both worlds vs. the 250 and 450. The super light feel of this bike combined with the power of the big bikes, makes this KTM machine a force to reckon with on the track. Throttle response is incredible with a smooth, yet powerful, pull all the way from the bottom of the rev thru the top of the power band. Coming out of turns with the front wheel in the air has never been so much fun as it was on the KTM 350. The handling and stability of this bike are very impressive and so predictable. Rutted sections and turns were merely a bump in the road, which the KTM 350 conquered with ease. Being that all of my track experience has been on a 2-Stroke, 250cc bike, I was not sure what to expect from the new 4-Stroke, but I was very pleasantly surprised. So much fun to ride and very competitive on the track. This 2-Stroke rider might have a KTM 350SX-F in her future... I think I'm in love. Shari Brossard |
